At EuAura, we aim to deliver your handcrafted candles safely and on time. Therefore, we partner with reliable courier services to ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1500. However, if your order value is below ₹1500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.

Order Processing Time

Typically, we process orders within 1–3 business days. Since all our candles are handmade, processing time may occasionally vary. Nevertheless, we always try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Additionally, remote areas may require extra delivery time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. As a result, you can easily track your order status.
